I have published articles on other subjects in Byline Magazine, Missionary Messenger, Woman’s Household and other publications and shorter pieces in Cappers, Happiness, Writer’s Digest; Canadian Reader’s Digest, Games, THE BRIDE OF DARK AND STORMY and others.

Since November, 1989, I have written movie reviews and two monthly columns for Video Views Magazine morevideoviews.com (open "Another Look" and "Articles"), which is distributed through video stores.

Twenty-two of my short stories have appeared in magazines such as True Story, Modern Romances, True Confessions, True Love, Secrets, Columbus Singles Scene, Rendezvous and Right Here.

As Chair of the Peppersauce Ghost Town Committee calicorocket.org (open "Ghost Town"). We want to make a small part of Calico Rock, Arkansas, into a tourist attraction. For this project, I have interviewed 35 people and wrote scripts for the 2007 and 2008 Halloween Ghost Town Tours. We plan to install interpretive signs and offer a guidebook and an audio tour.

Active Member of Twin Lakes Writers since 2001, newsletter editor.

Member of Ozark Writers League and Missouri Writers Guild.

From March, 2009, I have been a contributing writer for the Three Rivers Edition of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette http://www.arkansasonline.com/news/threerivers/.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Born and raised in Chicago, I graduated from American University, Washington, D. C. I lived in the Chicago suburbs until 1999 when my husband and I moved to the Arkansas Ozarks. Besides raising two sons, I worked in state government and teaching.

My published writing includes over 100 articles about Ozarks people, places and history:
